5 August: The Retreat, Salisbury Summer Fair

Dr Helen Pickup is delighted to be appearing at this event on Saturday 5 August to raise money for Salisbury Hospice. 

She will be delivering an insight into the best food for gut health in her presentation ‘How to make 100 trillion friends’; and will be hosting a Menopause Workshop ‘Minimizing Menopausal Mayhem’.
